Its not crazy considering how amazing Smash Ultimate seems to be. Smash have caused more impact than Lets Go since both games got announced.

 

I expect the Pokemon 2019 to easily beat Smash at COMG.

I would certainly hope so, considering there will be 3-5 million more Switch owners at that time. That's why I think it's amusing to see comparisons to BOTW and MK8D. Oh wow, you mean it's just barely at the same level as games from the first few months of the system? That's amazing.

I dont think anyone has made a big deal about it beating BOTW/MK8D.

The comparison is simply because those are currently the number 2 & 3 highest pre-order games to release on Switch yet.

Arent they always ? ;P

I dont think much over 100k will happen, if even that to be honest. Gladly would take the L on that on though, Fallout is a nice franchise

How good of a track record does Amazon JP have with software? But good Fallout to get to #2 Sandwiched in between Smash and 4 Pokemon SKUs.

Nice job, this list clearly shown that in 2018. top 10 Switch game sold 2-3x better than ratio points.

Smash will probably have a 1:1 ratio, similar to mario kart. Fully expecting 800k FW now

Pokemon will probably be a bit like Odyssey or Mario Party. I expect a 1.5:1 or 2:1 ratio. I'm predicting around 400-500k FW

If anuthing this lists showing is that all biggest Switch games in 2018. had 2-3:1 ratio, I dont see why would you expect that Smash Bros will have 1:1 ratio, espacily  during easily biggest month for Switch.

With all that on mind, Smash Bros will most likely have 1m+ FW, while Pokemon 600-700k+.
