Ace Attorney is a really down franchise, but the new Pokemon should definitely reverse the negative trend that Black and White brought on.

Pre-orders for MH4 are not open yet on Amazon.jp. But other shops (like GamesMaya) report that started today and a lot of people came.

I don't know the case of COMG. Maybe is available to pre-order or maybe not yet, like amazon.

So, not sure if it's going to show today.
