New $300 PS3 Legacy Bundle revealed

Bundle hitting retailers this week includes Gran Turismo 5 XL, InFamous 2, and 30 days of PS Plus.

A new PlayStation 3 Legacy Bundle will begin appearing at retailers like GameStop, Best Buy, and Wal-Mart this week, Sony announced today.

The $300 bundle includes a 500 GB system, Gran Turismo 5 XL, InFamous 2, and 30 days of PlayStation Plus.

Gran Turismo 5 XL is the "ultimate" version of the racing game, including the original game, the Spec 2.0 update on-disc, and a voucher for $20 worth of downloadable content.

The new PS3 Legacy Bundle follows the God of War: Ascension Legacy Bundle, which launched in March and included all six God of War games and a red 500GB system.

I think so too, since you can get it if you have Plus and they also include Plus in the bundle o.O

It's going to leave plus by the time it comes out i think. Plus it's an amazing game and if you haven't played it you are missing out.

No it won't. Infamous 2 won't leave the IGC till June and this bundle comes out this week

That's wierd. It must be for people picking it up later and not the first few weeks it comes out.

I agree. Maybe they should've put Motorstorm Apocalypse instead to go with a 'racing' themed package.

They need an Uncharted trilogy for this and including Infamous 2 is weird. An HD collection with a modern game (All Sly games or Ratchet HD and ToD) would be cool too.

This bundle is kinda lack luster compare to the God of War Legacy bundle which recently dropped to $299.99 retail. Both GT5 and Infamous are pretty cheap to buy if someone really wants it.

They should do a Legacy bundle with the KillZone Trilogy with a special camo edition PS3 to match the controller that was release earlier this year. Hype up the game for PS4 KillZone and the Vita KillZone.

Sony!

Give me the new Slim PS3 with nothing else in the bundle and I will buy it!
If you have to bundle, ummm, make it 1 year of PS+ that will atleast last into next Gen.

Id love to buy a Second PS3 for my room. Tired of moving cinder block space heater into my room.
