Maybe because it's still "rumored". It's coming just not confirmed officially.
Besides it might just come 2014 after the Pokemon launch so they can capitalize off the sudden burst of 3DS sales.

I would say out of the list given FF XIV is the one deserving of getting it right for once. It was pretty bad at launch and never seemed to get any better. I hope this "rebirth" brings something better.
P.S.: on a side note i too would choose bravely default again for the same reason as FF XIV as HoL wasn't what i expected.
Looking @ this makes me feel old...PROUD owner of NES, SNES, GENESIS, TurboGrafx 16 (PCE), N64, PSOne, PS2, Dreamcast, Xbox360, and PC.
FFX/X-2 HD collection if it gets Last Mission and X-2 international goodies. The content in that Translated would be awesome.
if not it's tied with Lightning Returns.
Bravely Default beats both if it comes out. I'm buying Lightning Returns, and FFX-2/X Regardless though.
the one I was most excited from them for 2013 I already got :D. I would say I want to play FF14, because it looks really cool and has nostalgia littered everywhere, but I don't like MMO's and if I was to play an MMO I'd play The Secret World because it has no monthly fee, and has better writing imo. I'll buy FFXIV when it becomes F2P and if it doesn't I won't play.

As far as I am concerned, if it was not released on the Playstation is was not released. One thing Wada did right was hold the PS3's release in reserve until the game was ready.
Naoki Yoshida seems to be the game's saviour, in a way the whole brand's saviour since as he confirmed: another failure like that of FF XIV could be the end of the company itself.
Bravely Default, if that comes out this year.
Seriously though, all of those games a remakes. Square Enix really needs to get on top of things and release Kingdom Heart III already! (Out of the games listed in the OP, I would most likely choose Lightning Returns.)
Used to be XIV, but I would probably go with X / X-2 HD now.
