Could that be a younger psycho? Who the hell is the flame horse dude (and did he make the whale)? Does the title refer to the pain Big Boss still feels from the cobras and the boss even though they're gone (or just in general losing his friends like Para medic, Sigint, and Zero most of all with them now being enemies)?

I wouldn't trust a lot of the stuff in the video as being "real". It's probably a mix of what's happening to the character and hallucinations from just waking from his coma. Even though MGS is full of crazy junk I doubt even Kojima would bring a giant flying flaming whale into MGS cannon. Dream, hallucination and psychic projection? Sure. A unicorn on fire? I don't think so.

true.  I just hope Ground Zeroes isn't a full priced game if it's just a prologue to Phantom Pain.  I'm so looking forward to this.  MGS4 was a masterpiece and great way to end the story arc, but another prequel playing as Big Boss is just awesome considering MGS3 is my second favorite game of all time!  He's my favorite character and playing him on Fox Engine is simply a dream come true.  I'm hoping this game leads up to MG1 which will then be remade along with MG2.

Would you pay full price if it's a full game? If Ground Zeroes turns out to be a seperate game, it being a "prologue" doensn't mean it will be a paid demo like the rip-off GT5 Prologue. It could be just as long or longer than any other MGS game. Being a prologue could just mean that it takes place before and leads up to MGS5: PP. Kind of like Kill Bill Vol.1. It was the prologue to Kill Bill Vol. 2 but it was a full movie with a begining, middle and end.

But I think there's been some misscomunications on it. I think its very possible that Ground Zeroes will be the first part of PP in the same way that Solid Snake's mission in MGS2 lead into Raiden's mission. I'm not ruling anything out, but I doubt they would release two games at the same time and ask people to buy them both to make MGS5 whole. If they are seperate games then I think it's likely that they will be both full sized games and released at least a yeat apart.

That would work.  Yeah the communication has been strange.  I just hope they both come to next gen and that we get a release window for each soon (holiday 2013 for GZ, holiday 2014 for PT would be great).
