I think with South Park it has turend into how far they can push disturbing stuff before getting banned rather than about the comedy value of it now lol.

And in general short UK series like IT Crowd and Coupling. However you need to have a brain to understand some of the humor there unlike some american shows where a fart is considered humorous.

Well he made Two and a Half Men first and he also makes Mike &Molly. Also, you'd be surprised to know that The Big Bang Theory is mainly huge today cause of Two and Half Men. When The Big Bang Theory started, its ratings were mediocre, but then it was moved to the spot after Two and a Half Men and its ratings exploded. And this season, its the No.1 show on TV, overtaking Modern Family. Interestingly, now Two and Half Men relies on the Big Bang Theory and is performing well mainly because it airs after it. 

Inbetweeners or peep show

Two and a Half Men is mostly about sex. The Big Bang Theory has less sex in it than many other comedies these days.

Two and a Half Men (It's not THAT bad, it's just annoying it has that many fans. Amazingly I prefer Ashton to Charlie Sheen)

Most series that have silly themes or copy off other shows to gain some success or try hard to make an unlikeable character likeable
