I never thought I would ever say this, but most of my favorite Ninty games are on Wii, the first games that comes to my mind are.

-Skyward Sword
-Xenoblade
-Super Mario Galaxy2

If I owned the Metroid Prime trilogie, it would deffenetly be up there, but to that list you can add Pokémon Blue and Gold, Metroid Prime 2 and the first 2 Golden Sun (havent played the 3rd yet).
