Tomb raider is way less than I was expecting! Isn't others hyped for this?


i dont know, lego seems like the kind of game that sells when there is a good install base, but people already have the hardware they buy it. but it doesnt seem like a system seller that would do huge numbers or have much hype

 

i hope those tomb raider numbers are wrong, the game looks great and deserves to sell well

it seems odd though, pre-orders sucked but now they are skyrocketing for gears

Well, besides the normal pre-order bonus material, they added Gears 1 free, then more recently, pre-ordering from Wal-mart gets you Gears 2 OR Gears 3 for free.  I think that had a bit to do with the surge.
