I thought Software was the 3DS main focus, and also motion gaming, and also Augmented Reality (in 3D), and also 60 fps per image, and also StreetPass, and also MiiVerse (coming to 3DS), and also playing with the Wii U (for example: Local Multiplayer in Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate & Super Smash Bros. & etc.)?

The only thing I can suggest for Wii U is to watch these 4 trailers:

Batman Arkham City Armored Edition Trailer

ZombiU Trailer

Wii U Golf Prototype Trailer

Nintendo Land Ninja castle Trailer

 

And see if that shows you enough of the Wii U's exclusive ability: "Single-Player-Asymetrical-Gaming"

You can do Panarama view in both systems like Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D & Super Mario 3D Land & Resident Evil: Revelations & etc., thanks to Motion Sensors, and you can steer in Mario Kart 7 by moving the Handheld like an actual steering wheel, thanks to Motion Sensors.

Plus 3D makes graphics look much more crisper then HD does anyways.

 

You can watch any 3D movie release in 2012 & up, and see the awesomeness that 3D brings in the Theaters.

Ha don't worry, I don't need convincing. I'm pretty set on getting both 3DS and Wii U eventually, just a matter of when. Getting a 3DS pretty soon, but not really because of the 3D. For me its all about the game library, which is looking just too strong to pass up anymore. Wii U I'm mostly waiting for a price drop and Smash Bros/ Mario Kart.

I was, since my first system a huge SEGA fan. Sega is no more though, except for some sporadic games.

Nowadays i support Nintendo because i admire their marketing strategy (since im a marketeer), but i also enjoy Sony systems. I do entirely hate Sony fanboys though, they are sickening to me (In general that is. There are some good chaps, but most will just hype and tell you how great any crappy game is, aslong as its exclusive to them. Its very disconcerting and disappointing).

So, if i must it would be a SEGA fanboy undercover or Nintendomination. :D

I'm on ALL the Teams. I own all the systems and play games for each of them.
Here is the % I used them at.

XBox 360 - 45% (Playing Borderland 2, Halo 4, NBA 2K13)
PS3 - 30% (Playing Ni no Kuni:WotWW, Sly Cooper Collection, Uncharted 3
Wii - 15% (Playing XenoBlade)
PC - 10% (Diablo 3, Planetside 2 & GW2)

I do play 3DS and PSP games as well.

It's not about the systems. It's about the games.
