Far Cry 3 no doubt.

Have not played Crysis 3 but Farcry 3 was a brain dead game if ever I have played one.

FarCry 3 will sell better.

I thought Far Cry 3 was overrated imo, and while more open... atleast crysis 1 and 2 are a somewhat challenging on harder difficulties. If I want an open world RPG game, I'd rather play an open world RPG game with good RPG and dialogue mechanics. And if I'm going to play a shooter I'd rather play a shooter with good mechanics and somewhat challenging gameplay.

FC3 was neither, With that said, I liked Far Cry 3 as much as crysis 2, not as much as the Crysis: Warhead. However, I could very likely like it more than Crysis 3.

But, I haven't played Crysis 3 past the beta so I can't pass judgement.
They both have silly stories. But Far Cry 3 will probably sell better.

Far Cry 3 is excellent. Haven't played Crysis 3 but judging by gameplay and Crysis 2 it won't be nearly as fun as FC3.

farcry 3 is fun as hell. Don't plan on buying crysis 3. I played through the first 2 games and thought they were just okay.

Far Cry 3 looks more fun, imo.

As to which will sell better, I'm going to put my money on Far Cry 3 as well, but not by alot.

Crysis 1 and Far Cry 1. But, between these two, Far Cry 3. It has flamethrowers.

Interestingly enough, Far Cry 3 is 26th on my trading queue but Crysis 3 is 13th. Which means, I guess, that I plan to play whichever one someone sends me first.

I have no experience with Far Cry, but Crysis 2 was only so-so for me. And yes, I know that I totally failed to answer your questions.
