Forums - Microsoft Discussion - XboxEvent.com just registered by the same company that did Xbox's E3 presentations

I really hope this event isnt like the Kinect event they had, or previous E3's.

Cirque du Soleil... Usher... No thanks Microsoft. Show us games. Get developers out bigging you up. Give us specs.

ps4 is announced, MS registers for e3...
Not the best response.

Is this not an event before E3?

I wouldn't be suprised to see MS steal the light from the ps4 in the next few weeks and months. MS has gotten good at marketing. I think once their windows 8 advertising winds down (I have seen it all over the place) they will ramp up on the next box. I hope they bring out a great system. I want good reasons to get all three consoles this next gen.

oh yes, you are correct. I got confused with last year's 312. Thought it said e313.

Well I guess it's time to start the hype train!!!

HYPEHYPEHYPE!!

Doing it so soon after the PS4 reveal looks very reactive....could they be trying their hardest to push through an event sooner rather than later to showcase what their neXtBox can do?

Prediction (June 12th 2017)

Permanent pricedrop for both PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro in October.

PS4 Slim $249 (October 2017)

PS4 Pro $349 (October 2017)

Well, that was quick. Didnt take them long at all to react.

Someone must be a tad worried.

It was rumoured a while back that the 720 will be shown sometime during Spring.

So if they waited a couple weeks and then did this it would be ok? lol

Its ok no matter when they do it. Registering it the day after Sony's event though makes it pretty obvious that its a reaction.

Microsoft probably saw the media attention, along with millions of live viewers and thought... "Wow, we need some of that. Get the event sorted asap!".

It's pretty obvious whatever time MS make a reaction, peopel will still say they're worried or something bad, because whatever they do that must be bad, even they doing nothing.
