Yes its good...but only if ignorance and arrogance dont get in the way of realising that your country is not the centre of the universe

There might be some national pride in USA about being born here but there isn't that much togetherness. I remember after 9/11 a lot of people attached little USA flags to their vehicles and preached about us coming together. Fast forward a few months after 9/11 and we all hated each other again.

In the same way you can be proud of your sister or brother you can be proud of your family, tribe, race, culture, city or nation.

So if you think national pride is stupid then being proud of your little sister or brother is stupid too.
