I did now... . And it gives me the same notification of the same badge again. Not that I really care though, it's just wierd that's all. Thanks anyway!

In case, you're interested here's the full table of what you have to do to get 100%

Add an Avatar 10% Add a Friend 10%
Wall Post 10% Add a Game 10%
Rate a Game 10% DB Contribution 10%
Post in Forums 10% Start a Thread 10%
Article Comment 10% Profile Bio 10%

I think that you won't be able to get it if you're missing DB Contribution, Add a Game and possibly Article Comment

I see, I don't have 'DB Contribution' and 'Add a Game', and 'Start a Thread'. So actually, I should even have 70%, unless DB contribution includes writing in the comments on a game page. So no, I won't get that one apparently .

EDIT: Oh no wait, of course not. 'Add a Game' refers to 'My Game Collection' of course. I did that about 300 times .
