Fire Emblem could make it, but its success in Japan doesn't automatically translate to success elsewhere. Radiant Dawn and Shadow Dragon both sold about 250K in North America, and did poorly in Europe. :/

I have confidence this will pull over a mil. On 3DS and no titles to compete with for awhile. It does suck that both GCN and Wii titles didnt sell well. There both really fantastic!
