Which will sell more lifetime?

CoD WiiU 38 42.22%

CoD Vita 39 43.33%

Pretty tied (within 100k) 7 7.78%

Just want to see results 6 6.67%

Total:90

Though I am slightly underwhelmed by the current sales of COD WiiU, I believe it will continue to sell until it almost reaches 1 mill LT.

With that being said, what people in their right minds buy new expensive hardware for just another CoD that is more or less the same product available on their other console? I can understand that some people buy it as their second or third game, like I did. It's simply not the first game you get for the system.

Also, it was released weeks later on a console with a current userbase of ~2,6 mill.

The Wii U cod will be lucky to sell even half a million. If people haven't already bought it on any console by now, it's unlikely they would be waiting to get it on the Wii U.

This isn't as much of a problem for Vita cod because it's exclusive. Also the vita cod is currently the most expensive game for sale. As it drops in price to be comparable with other vita games it will pick up a couple hundred thousand more sales.

In the Declassified cons you've forgotten "abysmally terrible single player campaign that doesn't even have checkpoints" (note : I have Declassified)

Declassified should win because the audience (well part of) is there. WiiU got BLOPS2 on release with all the hype not so long after the PS360 release so it was the best chance for WiiU to get the CoD crowd, and it didn't happen.

psvitwilla win

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Maybe it was exactly what people want in a handheld CoD. Not the same experience as console but a short single-player campaign.

450k people picking up a game they actually didn't want or enjoy because of bundling and adverts doesn't make much sense.

Vita CoD will outsell WiiU CoD. I think the main reasons being:

a). Vita title is exclusive;
b). Those who wanted Blops2 already had it on PS360 where their friends are;
c). Wii U version inferior to PS360 ones. Why would people get Wii U's version if it can't match the older consoles performances? No one in their right mind would want to play a graphically inferior version without friends (source: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-black-ops-2-wii-u-face-off ).

As Vita's version price lowers, it should widen the gap. That's not even counting digital sales, I bet CoD Vita sold far more digital copies than WiiU one.

PS Vita hardware will also outsell Wii U hardware lifetime, btw.

Bullshit. What part of the BlOps2 situation was the "best chance" when it's a late port of a game that sells like hotcakes the first week it's out. Also, the entry cost for the Wii U version is much much higher due to the fact that the console just launched, meaning everyone who was interested in the game had the choice between the 60€ PS360 version early or wait a week or two and pay what, 350-400€? It sure was the best shot Nintendo had, now hand me the crackpipe.

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

Cod WiiU at least looks a lot better than MW3 on PS3. I don't know about Black Ops II PS3, because I haven't played it.

By the way I hope Declassified becomes the bestselling Vita game. Maybe it's Vitas destiny to have a 33 rated game at the top.
