Super smash bros DS... true believer

I would really love a SSBDS. It would be awesome! and it could work too!

Very likely
- MP DS
- Professor Kageyama's Maths Training
- New Pokemon games
- NSMB2
- SSB DS (would sell similar to MK DS)

Likely
- Flash Focus: Vision Training in Minutes a Day (At this rate it will sell 9 million 1 year from now)
- Big Brain Academy (It's selling like hotcakes in Others, almost as popular as Brain Training)
- Mario 64 DS (It will get there eventually, keep in mind that DS will sell over 200 million)
- Zelda PH (It will keep selling well and it will get a boost when the new Zelda DS arrives.. Allthoug I think 8 million will be the roof for a Zelda game)

I'll give my input on other's suggestions, since I agree with a lot of them anyway.

Of those selling now:

MP DS - Quite likely. Tracking as well as or better than ACWW.
LoZ PH - Nope. It's slowed down too much, and it's close to SM64DS than ACWW.
And nothing else even has a good shot. Flash Focus isn't going to outperform PH when it's selling less and has sold less, and PMD2 still hasn't proven it can significantly outsell its predecessor's combined totals in Japan (let alone the world).

Of those suggested, but unreleased:

DQ9 - Nah. It'll be one of the elite games in Japan, and I'm convinced it'll sell more than 5 million there alone, but it has no presence outside of Japan.
FF7 - Obviously.
SSBDS - Yep.
Math Training - Ehh... The Brain Training games worked, but the other games not as much (though still pretty damn well). This too would fail to recapture the fire, though it'd be plenty profitable.
Sequels of the 7 - Of course.

And every game I thought of before reading the topic is covered...

Apart from "sequels", I doubt any title will - maybe MP DS (if it tracks like this for another year, will reach 9m sales - but sales WILL drop).

I very much doubt FF7 remake would get even close - too hardcore. Be surprised if DQ cracks 6-7m.

I guess the bar is moving as well - by the end of the year, all of the Fab 7 will have sold 10-11m (at least).

Imagine what a DS + game price cut would do to sales...
