Question, if your new to playstation network and your from Canada or Latin America, is there some special thing you have to do in order to buy things off of the PS store. I'm asking because i'm getting an error code 56 when try to buy something, and when I check the PS website its saying about special security if your from the mentioned areas.

When it comes to PSN I got a year of PS+, Rayman Vita, Journey and Unfinished Swan. Will be buying Stranger's Wrath HD Vita the moment my 32 GB card arrives. Also plan to get Uncharted: Fight for Fortune and DLCs to Gravity Rush soon.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

I was getting "error" 56, my details and creditcard details where incorrect, fixed them up and boom! fixed :)
