Beyond Good and Evil 2!

I'd actually like to see an upgraded remake. Not just HD, but also adding in motion controls (I'd be happy with Twilight Princess level motion control, with improved accuracy using MotionPlus, rather than specifically going all the way to Skyward Sword controls), using the UPad well, and perhaps even expanding some of the sidequests. It just has so much potential.

Okami and FFX both suit the Wii U more naturally, so just graphical tweaking would be fine.

Skyrim to get Bethesda on board with Wii U support

Tomb Raider because that might be only way to get Uncharted type game on Wii U anytime soon

Dead or Alive 5 because the system currently lacking in more accessible quality fighting game. Would be even better if it had the Nintendo costume support idea in place because that Zero Suit Samus outfit needs to be cosplayed by the much better looking DoA-5 chicks. The Tekken Tag Tournament 2 chicks look a little man-ish and just don't have striking beautiful look like the DoA-5 chicks. The eyes, hair, facial expressions, animation quality, skin tones, etc. all are of highest quality in DoA-5 than any other fighting game... plus it is easiest of them to play while still pulling off cool looking combos.

It seems Ubisoft already plans to bring this to WiiU
