Do you really need to make a shitstorm inducing thread to find out which console you would prefer?

Anyway, I picked Vita. The OS, UI, apps, features, hardware and controls are almost perfect in my opinion. It's main issues are pricing (specifically memory cards) and the back touchpad, which I think is a pretty useless gimmick that is just driving up production costs. As for games library, neither console is that great in my opinion, but I do prefer the Vita's library as I'm not that much of a hardcore Nintendo fan, even if a lot of the games I want on the system are either multiplatform, ports or remasters.

I can't say which is better since I only have a 3DS, but 3DS is slowly becoming one of my favorite Nintendo handhelds of all time. 

I also think you should look at future releases in the upcoming months for both systems (Note: This is North America and only tracking the first three months of 2013):

hahahahahahahahah  so pooor !!     people dont need a vita  for twitter or facebook because heave a smartphone , people neeeed game and great game so 3ds is the king at the moment and feature for gaming experience....

PS vita = PSP go / or Great Failiture

Anyway, on topic, I don't know your personal preferences, but the overwhelming likelihood is that you would like the 3DS better. It's the handheld most people have chosen, anyway. Unless you have a thing for Vita's hardware and the comparatively niche games it offers, the 3DS is better. Of course, one could also say that Vita is better unless you like the 3DS's offerings, but this statement would put you in the minority.

PSV. Better games, PlayStation Plus, uses same PSN profile/trophies as PS3.

Perhaps OP can share what kind of gaming experience he's looking for, because this really boils down to what kind of games do you enjoy more.

Has for the hardware itself. Both are awesome in their own right.

I had access to a 3DS and played for couple hours New Super Mario Bros 2 and the controls are perfect. Also experimented other titles and for instance, in the Resident Evil Demo, I didn´t like how the circle pad works for that kind of game.

I´m playing Wipeout 2048 on my PS Vita and the analog sticks work very smoothly. Also in my experience with Silent Hill: Book of Memories, you can control the movement speed of your character with excellent accuracy.

In my first post I recommended PS Vita, because of the games (personal taste) the machine itself and if you are a PS3 user and happens to have PlayStation Plus you know it´s value (Instante Game Collection and other services). But has I said it depends on what kind of gaming experience are you looking for.
