The only things on PSP that were worthwhlie were Birth by Sleep and Parasite Eve, the rest were kinda re-releases or meh. To this day I'm pissed off at Crisis Core because it was ridiculous

I'm a huge JRPG fan and there aren't many DS RPGs I feel really compelled to buy. I alright have Pokemon Heart Gold and I'm thinking about getting Chrono Trigger, but that's about it.

Yes, it was, Devil Survivor 1/2, Strange Journey, TWEWY, Pokémon, Fire Emblem, Radiant Historia, Dragon Quest4/5/6/9, Final Fantasy 3/4/FHoL/ and other spin-offs, and lots of things I don't remember, any questions?

Yes, DS has so many RPGs. I haven't even got all the ones I want to buy.

The DS had pokemon games, and 9 of them at that. So yes DS beats pretty much everything when it comes to RPGs.

Radiant Historia blew my mind. If you have no idea what Radiant Historia is and youre an RPG fan i suggest you get a DS and pick it up immediately.
