Zombi U was the no.2 Wii U software SKU, followed by Scribblenauts and Call of Duty (so those would be sub-50k).
No. They increased the trade-in value for a of games. They're prepping for Christmas. They want to sell a lot of used games.

I don't get it :( On Vgchartz it says 90k and Neogaf says less than 50k. I'm lost honestly.

Turn's out it is due to laws in Germany that restrict any M rated or R rated content from being available outside of those allowed hours. If you buy any M rated game online, you are required to prove your age and sign for the delivery to the post person.
NoE might be assuming that the law applies to the eShop as well just to avoid rattling any institutional chains with German law enforcers. Would have been better if they applied the rule only for Germany and not for whole EU.
