It does it directly, well first you need to register ur vita to a PC that has the latest version of content manager

Ahh, just tested it by disconnecting my pc's internet and it didnt work, PC needs to be connected to internet. (vita too im assuming)

The Content Manager doesn't work If your PC or PS3 aren't conected to Internet.. I doubt it uses your data but sureley needs internet conection.. that's one of the AntyPiracy methods of SONY with the Vita...

Do you know which program I should use to insert the zipper onto a chosen graphic to make the unlock sreen? I want to be in the correct spot of course, but have no idea how to do it.
