Likely Nintendo.  Unliek the Wii and DS, Nintendo seems to have really ramped up their security.  The 3DS has yet to be hacked and it's been out over a year and half.   Wii functionality is sandboxed anyway so that adds a whole new level of security on top of it all.

Forgot to post OT

I wanna be able to use the pro controller or the Upad for VC titles. AND I don't wanna have to buy the games all over again.

When that happens, the current VC better be copied over. I have no problem with Wii and WW content staying with Wii and therefore being gone with the N8 console (as far as BC is concerned). But, VC stuff should simply move with the account. Granted, I think all digital content should just move with the account as that's a big benefit to not having a disc.

What you are seeing is just an extention of the DS hacks.    The 3DS runs in DS mode where the DS system is sandboxed out of the 3DS system.  This means that a lot of the exploits and hacks the DS had can be carried over to the 3DS but only in DS mode. 

The 3DS itself has still yet to be hacked.

This. I also remember seeing something with Vita in PSP mode.

Being able to play WW and VC titles on the gamepad would definitely increase my interest in this system. Better not need to rebuy the same games in order to do it though.
