i really liked the demo. then again i also liked wkc and thought it was harshly judged. i have never worried about there battle systems, they do it best imo. now stories r another thing..... i feel secure abt this game with gibli being consulted on this title.

The game has beautiful art and music.

However, I could really use a tutorial in the demo. It threw me right into a boss and got a game over.

I had mixed feelings about the game since it didn't perform as expected on the PS3 in Japan and looked a bit too childish even compared to the more child friendly Ghibli movies.

I was pleasantly surprised.

The graphics looks extremely pretty and appropriately fairy tailish.
The battle is interesting, has a bit of a Star Ocean vibe along with summoning creatures and casting spells.
The demo was short but the two boss battles gave you a good example of what to wait.
Totally has Ghibli written all over the art direction and story, with lots of magic etc
 Let's you choose Japanese voices as well.

the bad:
you may witness a slight testosterone decrease. even 10 yo Chihiro from Spirited away was tougher than 13 yo Oliver !
