I can't believe this actually happend. Usually this stuff doesn't happen to me even though I read the articles everywhere warning me about this. I just recieved an email this morning from Blizzard saying that I requested my email address to be changed. The emaill adrress was from this site called 126.com   (I'm guessing Chinese?). ANyways now I can't even login to my account anymore and can't create a support ticket.  I tried calling Blizzard but i guess all the lines are full and the operator hung up.  Im really worried right now. I have WoW, Starcraft 2, and DIablo 3 CE stuff on this account.  Anyone have experience with this? What should i do?

I believe they are going after bnet accounts like crazy right now. Funny that Blizzard's main solution is to pay them even more money for an authenticator. I just logged into my bnet account (mainly to remember what they called the authenticator) and I see they are offering one for free to me though.

Here is there help page on accounts being hacked.   Most won't help you considering the first step is talking about in game help (doesn't really make too much sense considering your account is hacked, chances of you being in game and knowing about it are slim).

Do you have a friend that you know that can report your account hacked? Several would be better.

I've talked with Blizzard before and they were really nice (for a different reason) so I would keep calling.

The authenticator is now free btw, in a software version you can run on your phone (and I believe your PC via emulation). It's a very good idea for an account as valuable as yours.

Yea, I was talking trash about them charging for it.  I then logged in and saw that they offering it for free.  It should have been free to begin with but at least they made it free now (I'm probably guessing due to the heavy increase in accounts being "hacked").

Blizzard are fucking morons now. There should have been zero reason to have one account linked to multiple games. I was perfectly fine having a D2, WC2, WC3, and SC accounts.

Good news guys! After multiple calls to Blizzard I was finally put in the queue. I had to wait 20 minutes but finally connected with someone. I just had to give like the first 10 digits of two my game licenses and got my account back. The rep recommended me to change my email as my email could also be compromised. Everything worked out, thankfully. Now im going to get that authenticator for the iphone. Thanks for the help everyone!
