What other system you're hoping they have planed? Do you mean like grinding on monsters?


I think he means that he hopes the quests are more interesting and unique than the standard fare typical MMOs provide. If so, I feel the same way.

Yeah I really can't get behind the minimalistic quests that have hardly any dialogue and make you run to kill 10 cows. It's utterly boring.

there is also Dungeons, and the FATE system which is all I know about for now in FFXIV.

The quests that were shown here is like sidequests, and in any RPG sidequest haven't changed that much.

Anybody played Xenoblade before? the main goal for these quests is to go out and explore places.

That combat system looks vaguely similar to Final Fantasy XII. I loathe MMO's, but I'm in now, XII is perhaps my favourite game of all time and anything that looks similar in my eyes I give a go at.

I agree, it does have the ff12 vibe. I hope you give the beta a try next year.

This game is what Version 1.0 should have been. I have never had so much fun playing an MMO before. To me, it has more of a likable charm than FFXI did. It's way more immersive. The Black Shroud is awesome, and I feel like actually living in it.

Is the gameplay fun? What differentiates itself from other MMOs? Genuinely interested in this game, I have always wanted to try out new MMOs.
