If the game is from US, you will download the US patch.

If the game is form US, and you download DLC from EU store = FAIL! ;D

Also I'm aware of the DLC and yes it freakin sucks, oh well I'll just get games that not heavy on DLC like 3D Dot Game and Start Wars : Force Unleashed 2.
