This thread is better than the funny pictures thread.

That thread is 9gag's bastard child. No seriously, all the images in that thread are from 9gag. tis why I stopped visiting it.

An hour later, and the irony is too strong after I discovered this thread is a 9gag post http://9gag.com/gag/4555055

LOL! I'm pretty sure every relevent picture on the internet appears on 9gag first.

Great thread. I enjoyed the animal saving ones and the athlete one the most.

Sadly, not everyone is like this, especially in my hometown, and I still remember that awful video from China where a child got ran over twice and nobody helped her for hours. Faith in humanity restored 25%.

Faith in humanity restored... 25%. The ones that impressed me the most were the ones involving stores.

Let's be honest, individual persons make good things like the ones posted almost everyday, because individually we tend to be good persons. It's Companies or groups of people that ruin almost everything.

@hatmoza: I post in the funny pics thread and, believe it or not, I've never gone to 9gag. Ever. If the images that I post are also there then I'm sorry, I just find them in other places, and post them here because I like them.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

The only one that freaked me out a bit was the little girl with the tourist... That was awkward.

:( There are some things that should never happen... Hopefully we can bring more examples in here that'll help us well up more of the good than the bad in us by casting our eyes on things that bring hope.

Still, at least this serves a good purpose. =)

Here's a stand up comedy act by our beloved Jim Carrey.

I wanted to post this here because there's a human aspect to his humor. Watch

Ramadan is only 30 days away, and religious nonsense aside (I mostly enjoy Ramadan for the value nowadays anyway), food brings people together. When I occasionally invite my University friends and sometimes professors over, they claim it's one of the best food gatherings they ever took part of. I just wish some people could be above stereotypes and generalizations. My next door neighbor, well in his 50s, is practically part of the family because we invite him to break fast with us several times a year during Ramadan.

This note is awesome, and although invitations are not always formally written like this, it's very common to invite people over for some Ramadan dinner. Our cooking is the bomb!

I am a muslim myself and its actually a duty of a every muslim to treat their neighbours (believers or non-believers) with extra special care and to maintain a good relationship. This man was simply doing what any normal muslim is meant to be doing (I give him major props) and unfortunately many of us don't. I guess you can't really blame others for making stereotypes/ridiculous claims against Islam when muslims themselves don't follow it properly. Very sad :(

On a better note since ramadan falls through summer holidays this year, I'm learning how to cook some special dishes so I can join in on the cooking, not just eating. I very much look forward to it.

Also this thread is awesome, I especially loved those cat rescuers since cats are special in my eyes. Every cat rescuer is therefore also special in my eyes. Plus can't forget the dry cleaners.

I´ve just watched "Inside Job". My faith in humanity went the way of the Dodo.
