Forums - Gaming Discussion - What's the worst FPS that you've played?

This thread is inspired bye the rpg one. So what's the worse FPS that you ever played and why. No fanboy bs when it comes to the systems, but franchises and games is encoraged. I've played so many FPS's that I can't remember them all. I do remember haze being pretty bad and being pretty letdown bye it. I hate it more, then what I've played of duke nukem forever so far, both games are bad,but duke nukem forever is bad in a fun way. So let's talk about the worse of the worse.

Darkest of Days was pretty horrible.

I actually enjoyed Duke Nukem Forever, despite being a "bad game". I wouldn't really call it a bad game, more like a dated game.

The FPS that I had the worst experience with was:

Doom on the SNES. The game looks kind of good. But it reacted very slow. At least the game cart looked cool.

Duke Nukem Forever, Killzone, Killzone 2, Modern Warfare 2.

Sure I forgot about one that was too horrible to remember.

Worst fps experience ever was the Modern Combat Domination demo that I played on PSN.

Out of the main games, Modern Warfare 2.

This gen: Red Steel - although I enjoyed it at the time, the sword fighting became tedious after a while. Now that Conduit/CoD/Goldeneye have done FPS right on Wii (and RS2 swordfighting), it's impossible to replay Red Steel.

All time: Turok on Gamecube.

Hmm i havent played many shooters but i remeber that Killzone 1 was really boring.

Oh, I forgot. I really hated the BF3 campaign. They graphics were awesome, but the campaign made me cringe. Quick time events that the button presses had nothing to do with what was happening on screen. Sniper is not visible until you pick up a specific weapon to blow up a building. It seemed like they just threw it in there, so they could say they had a campaign. I hear the multiplayer is awesome though.

Quantum of Solace on Wii because it is the laziest port ever.

Homefront, Halo 3, Halo ODST, Black Ops, Modern Warfare 3
