I think season 3 will start with a great episode, followed by an entire season of sitting with thumbs up asses and 2 episodes worth of content stretched across the entire season, just for a mediocre finale. Like season 2.

I dont agree with anybody saying they're was not enough action.  Anybidy can make a movie or show about simply shooting zombies but not anybody can create a good story about a zombie apocalypse.  The story is its main focus point

...and season 2 story was crap.  Whats the big thing we get to take from season 2?  Shane was a douche and died.  Yeah that required an entire season...

The Highlight of the 2nd Season for was the search for sophia. Everything else was OK.

I hated the search for sophia, however it did lead up to the barn which in my opinion was great

Thats where Darryl became my favourite Character. And the best scene in the whole series was when she came out of the Barn

Agreed.  Darryl is a beast and that scene was brilliant.  I was shocked

Yup. Darryl is awesome, but Murle will probably cause him more trouble. Whether real or imagined.

Yeah unfortunately.  He seemed to do a pretty good job in season 2 ignoring Murle's hallucination though.  Seems like he is more dissapointed in Murle than anything, but we can expect plenty of mind games with Murle in my opinion.  In the end I believe Darryl will be the one to kill Murle creating a little more drama

You guys that seem to enjoy the series, a guy released a WD dynamic theme for the PS3, maybe you'll like it:

It's an excellent book, it basically tells the story of people all over the world dealing with the zombie apocalypse, from when it starts to after it ends. You've got an account from the Russian military, a group of survivers who decided to hide out in northern canada, a blind japanese guy, someone from a shanty town in South Africa... theres about 20 different accounts in total.

A movie adaptation is in production, it has a massive budget, great director and great cast, which is why I'm excited, though I would prefer a TV series, I think that would better suit the style of the book.

The wiki page will of course tell you a lot more: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_Z
