confuddle

Is confuddle even a word? Do you mean befuddle?

He's combining the old terms confuse and befuddle into a new term. Totally acceptable under modern descriptive linguistic theory.

You should be able to figure this out. It isn't rocket surgery or anything.

Isn't befuddle already mean confused? That would be redundant.

wow this guy is awesome, that was totally wicked

tag:"reviews only matter for the real hardcore gamer"

it is impressive, mostly impressive that he managed to find a way to make money off a really obscure and mostly useless skill.

Actually there's a trick to figure out the missing number in that one mathemagic. The number is dividable by 9 wich means all the multiplications will be dividable by 9 also. When the volunteers say the numbers outloud, all he has to do is to apply the rule of 9 and add all numbers up. Subtract that number from 9 and you know what the missing number is.

You guys know the real Rainman? Kim Peek! He can read a book in an hour and remember 98% of it for the rest of his life.

not really in modern tongue. It's just like like my word Craptastic. I merged fantastic and crap, obviously, into a word that basically jsut a bolder word for CRAP. You can also substitute crap for s**t.

I can see the difference in your example, but I don't see the difference in confused/befuddle. I guess English as a second is showing...

I've been a fan of "confuzzled" myself. A mixing of confused and puzzled. Just like befuddled they're all quite close in meaning, and the merging into new terms is just a fun way to express the same meaning.

Rocket science and brain surgery are obviously not the same thing, but they're both expressions used to explain something that is quite complicated, or something very simple when used after a negative. I'm also a fan of "rocket surgery" and sometimes it'll spark a couple of laughs if used in conversation.

Wow!

Nintendo still doomed?

I accidentally blurted out the word 'squeige' when talking about all of the ugly houses which are both square and beige.

Since it sounds just as disgusting as squeige things look, I consider it my own little contribution to the english language.
