Not whilst playing a game, but me and my ex actually left the cinema mid-movie due to "excitement".

I probably have stopped a game to jack it a few times, need to get those demons out my system so I can play properly!

Only if I play Hentai-Games. And those games are especially made for this kind of "excitement". Never occured with normal games.
