What should we divide that number by. I mean we can't assume everyone bought only 1 Move controller per PS3 so we could divide 10.6 by 4 if we assume everyone buying Move is planing on having three friends over. But these numbers are counting the Nav controller combined when they are useless without the Move controller. It seems likely that most people buying Move would want a Nav too, which further reduces the end user total. And on top of that these aren't sold through numbers so who knows what any of this means. 10.6 shipped could mean as little as 3 million actual Move user base to sell games to.

Considering some move games are over 3 million in sales that seems unlikely

Some move games are over 3 millions ?   Hmm sorry but except for Sports Champions (bundled in the US), i really dont see how you can imagine that except if you count games who dont really require "Move" to be played...

And if its that way that you count 3 millions, well i cant do anything for you...

Zones : I still don't understand all the love for Blizzard, what was the last game they developed worth playing?

Sony never advertized Move as the next big thing or a complete game changer for their PS3, Move released last year and the focus is still on getting exclusives from their first parties. See Move as enhancing your gaming experience, KZ3 and other games got Move support last year. I won't buy Move just like I won't buy Kinect, I hate motion controls. I want to play my games just with a controller like I did the past 20 years.

It did alright for a little-used or needed peripheral.

Love and tolerate.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

I think Move enabled PS3s is at about 4-5 million. I have 2 moves and no Nav. I've played Infamous2 using Move and DS3, Heavy Rain using Move and DS3 and a bit of KZ3 using Move and DS3. The only game that was a bit tricky with DS3 was Heavy Rain, but I still managed it without any real frustration.

At some stage my boys will be getting Resistance 3 and then we'll buy at least one Nav. I'm waiting until we get a Nav to do my evil playthrough of Infamous2.

10m unity is clearly a massive success, and still plenty more to sell if they can start getting the software right.

Not the most impressive, but can anyone honestly say it deserves more sales?

The numbers include both PlayStation Move controllers and Navigation Controllers combined.

So ~5 million users in total? I don't understand how some people can consider less than 10% PS3 user base a success.

Thing is, Move-compatible games are actually good.
