Canadian games retailer Future Shop have been rather indiscreet with their Tweets after attending a ‘Destination PlayStation Event’ last night, leaking a major upcoming title from Sony.

 they revealed ‘LittleBigPlanet Karting’ which will run in 3D and can use a PlayStation Move steering wheel.

Rumours this morning suggest the game will come from ModNation Racers developers United Front, and will be PS3 exclusive (no Vita version) – it’s almost certainly this.

Modnation was fun...Little Big Planet is a bigger name than ModNation...so this could be a good decision from Sony...but of course no Mario Kart Killer!

It will be interesting to see how it will play out, if the rumors are true of the ModNation devs taking the helm. I don't really see how much more they could improve on the ModNation formula (if it's the same dev).

They should let Naughty Dog make this!

Stronger chance to have branding that works.  Sony can do what they are intenting, to position Sackboys as Sony's answer to Mario.

I think it's a matter of style. 

The only karting game Sony could pull off is an "Unkarted", but no karting games can compare to Mario Kart.
