Id say 20-25 million. Maybe if they include it as a bundle in the future, but if they don't heck no.
I really doubt it. DS had a bigger userbase than Wii, yet Mario Kart Wii sold 8 million more than Mario Kart DS.

i dont think so. It will sell very well, but I would think just below 30 million or some such.
