Xenoblade, because I got a Wii. But I'm not THAT interested in either of the two. Not really an RPG gamer. But once I'm through Zelda I think I'll buy it.

If you really liked Oblivion and want more of the same, go for Skyrim, otherwise go for Xenoblade. It's much more polished and has more original elements to it.
