Yeah, Mortal Kombat does have too many useless characters.

If this was a playstation exclusive the reviewer would have said "it brings nothing new to the table".
But thats not the case for 360 or wii/3ds games apparently -.-

Where did this come from!?   IGN gave U3 a 10/10, didn't they?  And most other PS3 games (Ico, God of War 3, LBP2, inFamous 2) did very well, too!  Besides, I think games that are multi-player/community intensive (Call of Duty, Street Fighter, Gran Turismo, Halo, Smash Bros., WWE, Madden) aren't looked at the same way as story driven/single player focussed games.

I'm NOT buying this game any more after reading this review.

Because they screwed up the music. You can mess with every other part of the game, but the music is half the reason I buy any video game and in particular the Rainbow Road clip showed it was a bad remix of the N64 theme with notes missing. I didn't buy Pokemon HG/SS because Goldenrod City had notes missing, and I will keep not buying Nintendo games if they don't put any effort into that area.

Edit: Found a Youtube rip and the music is indeed terrible compared to N64/GC/DS/Wii.
