I know I should just move on but I'm bored at work for the next 12 hours. I just wanted to ask this question to a PS3 fan:

What do you imagine a 360 fan (or any fan that owns a different console than you) does when they see a thread like this?

Do you imagine they look at their consoles and give a sigh of disappointment? Do you think they say to themselves, "Man, I wish I could play some Ratchet and Clank right now...". Do you wonder why they purchased an undersupported console like the Xbox 360 when the PS3 clearly has more games? I mean, the PS3 costs about the same and has certain features like Blu-Ray and free online. Why would anybody in their right mind play games on 2005 hardware like an Xbox? Surely, they look at the PS3 with envy in their heart, right? And just in case they don't, you're there to make them realize how wrong they were to buy what they thought was a great console.

I don't get it. It's not an unbreakable bond like marriage. It's a game console. Anybody that wants one can get one, right? And if they don't want one or they're happy with their console, that's cool too, isn't it? So what good comes from naming a bunch of games that many either:

A.) have never heard of
B.) have never cared enough to play a prior game in the series
C.) would never buy even if they owned the console

I'm at a loss, here. Help me out. This need to gloat, be envied, or feel superior simply smacks of insecurity. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I've read too much into this thread. Oh, and Game of the Year is spelled: B-A-T-M-A-N.

well i love it. the 1 reason i own the console. i am now looking at Wiiu but only about 10%. i'm looking forward to the future of all systems and some of those games i had for got about.

PS3 has 1 hell of a 2012 to look forward to but as of right now i see 360 taking 2012.
