The Stamper bros had a big impact on the industry with Rare, hitting the olympus of developers (beating Nintendo in their own hardware). But then Rare lost it's magic and then they left the industry. How can an Icon do that?

Ed Boon, on the other hand is mostly related to one franchise, but he still shows illusion. Passion for his work.

Hard choice, but I vote for Ed Boon.
