Pros

Great campaign.

Great Co-op

I enjoyed the humor.

Cons

Being a sequel, it didn't feel as fresh and revolutionary as the original.

You finish the campaign and co-op relatively quickly even if its a huge improvement over the first length wise.

Score

8.8

so far this year, its my favorite game available on consoles.

Love the portals

Anyways I give it a 9.8

Pros: Amazing sequel to an amazing game, co-op is hella fun (especially with a buddy), the humor is fantastic and it has a great story, graphics look great and puzzles have a good balance between fun and challenging.

Negatives: It's has a slightly steep price for how much content it has (but with the free extra content that will be not such a big deal)

Pros:
- Challenging puzzles, but not frustrating
- Hilarious characters
- Never a dull moment
- Wonderful atmosphere
- Still felt unique. One of a kind
- FREE PC GAME! (not that I game on PC)
- Awesome co-op mode
- Immersive story
- Great Soundtrack

Cons:
- A little short on content
- load times can be annoying

Score: 9.5 / 10

what does "WGOTY" stand for? Western?

lol I love the OP.

I give it a 9.

It surprisingly succeeded at capturing what made Portal great and improved on pretty much everything. I'm not a fan of the co-op which reduces the replay value for me but I definitely see myself playing the game again in the near future.

You give the OP only a 9? I think it's much better than yo_john's.

I'll come back to score it myself later

Great game, funny and very immersive. I played it first on ps3, then on pc, then with the pc connected to my projector.
I can't believe it was only out this year, it feels like a great classic already.

The only thing missing was a bit more background information of the facility. Some traces of the people that worked there, left behind notes and pictures. Maybe newspaper cuttings from big events of the relevant time periods.

I gave the ps3 version a 9 and the pc version a 9.5

Damn you!!

Just to be clear I give Portal 2 a 9, not the OP.

I'll give this an 8,5

The game was perhaps a bit too long, to be as pure as it's predecessor, besides not being as original anymore. I think the first half was better than the second half.

[parody]I only played the game for 20 minutes but I still see a reason to review this game. The story is obnoxious and unneeded. The content is lacking. The graphics are dated. The puzzles are tedious as well. Oh wait, this is a puzzle game so I guess it all sucks. 3.5 out of 10[/parody]

Pixel Art can be fun.
