Am i the only one that was disappointed that "Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core" was not in it???

You know MGS4 is meant to be beatable in under 5 hours to get Big Boss title. Almost all MGS games is like this, it is no surprise. Unless 90% of complainers miss this fact or they suck at it and can't beat the game in its most extreme difficulty, including getting caught by enemies, running and gunning, and use more than 1 ration... You'll never be like Big Boss.

X360/PS3 don't rely on fanboys.The produces kickass hardcore games like Ucharted,Killzone,Infamous,God of War,Motorstrom,Resistance,Halo,Gears of War,Forza Motorsport 3.And I the fact that all Mario games are fun make them games who deserves 90+ scores.Hell Green Lantern is also fun why don't we give 9 0f 10.... People complain about CALL OF DUTY being ovverated(the shit all over IGN review say if was Black Ops it would have gotten 10/10,Black Ops got 8.5 from IGN :P)but I feel that every game that has Mario and Zelda gets and ovverated score,cause of nostalgia.They are good games,but in no way 90+ games.Super Mario Galaxy 2 got 97 on Metacritic.By that logic it should have been Game of the Year from 2010.Mass Effect 2 and Red Dead Redemption had  96 and 95 respectably and they received 90% of the GOTY awards.

I don't know what you're point is, but I and millions of others have actually had "fun" with a lo tof Nintendo games this gen. You can go compare metacritic numbers and GOTY awards, I don't care about all of that. I just play a game and enjoy it.

You claim Nintendo rely on 'sentimental fanboys'.  However, the Wii and DS have far outsold their predecessors.  This suggests that Nintendo attracted many new customers, rather than just relying on those who owned a NES or SNES as you imply.  Hell, even if every single person who owned a GB or NES (What were Nintendo's top selling handhelds and home consoles respectively before this gen) bought a DS and Wii, there would still be sales unaccounted for.

Seriously, just STFU.  It's for your own good.

I personally thought Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 were one of the best games this generation. Not much of a fan of New Super Mario Bros. Wii though.

It's just different opinions. You don't like them, that's fine. But you don't have to "prove" your opinion with reviews and GotY awards.

Or, when it was reviewed it was one guy or department.  While a list like this is everybody.

Or it's just a forgetable game when all is said in done.

I gave up on IGN as soon as they rated GT5 an 8.5. There review of the game was complete BS! Then they gave Killzone 3 (my favouitre fps) an 8.5 as well. And they gave Infamous 2 a 9/10... They really screwed it up for me earlier so I'm not surprised

Those are excellent scores though. However, I do agree that IGN's GT5 review was not very informative (The reviewer should be blamed, not the whole site).
