Just from that list, I'd choose Galaxy 3 if it were a Wii U game, but if it were another Wii Galaxy then I'd definitely go with Half Life 3.

Half Life 3 but i'm already convinced that it get's it's release together with Duke Nukem Forever Extreme to the Max Special Edition (VIP).

I thought Bioware cleared this up some time ago, SW:TOR is KOTOR 3 and 4 and 5 and 6,7,8,9,10 alllllll the way up to 34 :| despite the fact that what people actually asked them to make was simply KOTOR 3 they decided that they would be really-ultra-super-duper kind and give us 4-34 for the measly price of our souls.
