Because there's nothing exciting for hardcore on 3DS.

Technology is old, 3D is so 2008, battery life is only acceptable and region locking is big blow for this group of users.

PSV however is completly diffrent. Impressive hardware, Oled screen, region free, robust online.

not really, because those sites are for immature childish adults, who wanna compare 1 pixel over another or how this graphics card gets 1 fps better than that one, ect.

the most technological devices in the world can have the shitties and most un"hardcore" games in the world, while the most hardcore games in the world could be nothing more than a text based game. 

technology i repeat does not make things hardcore or not.

So, what they're saying is "We'll release it late for a solid 50% more than people are paying in America, but it will still do well!"

It hurts but it worked out for ps3. They absolutely can't miss American and Japan though.
