I know everyone is entitled to their opinion, but this review of Mass Effect is just plain wrong: http://www.netjak.com/review.php/1396.

The worst part is this review got factored into Game Rankings and brought the game from a 92 to a 91. This game deserves better.

That a pretty poor excuse for a review, but when you compile reviews from all over the net together it's what you have to expect. Honestly he seems like the type of guy who can't get over the fact that Mass Effect doesn't have lightsabers in it.


Oh and the Onion gave it a 7.5, not everyone in the world loved it.

So they gave Fuzion Frenzy 2 a much better score than Mass Effect and Okami? What a joke site, it looks like shit which is actually appropriate because the content itself is shit.

The first few hours with Mass Effect I was really really dissapointed with, then it just seemed to click and now i cant get enough of the game. 9/10 easily

LOL I saw this and was going to post it since I just love mass effect. Like someone mentioned it is just his opinion which he is entitled to. I played about 100+ hours and would recommend this game to anyone in a heartbeat.

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

The review reads pretty well, and he does make valid points. I guess the harshly marked the game down in gfx because of the texture pop-in issues.

Its one of those games that heavily relies on seek time for data loading - this varies with older drives, and it sounds like this guy was playing on a drive that was about to die.

Ahh well.
