I have a question, when you buy a game via download or online instead of Retail, is the game purchase like permanent (as in say you delete it, can you re-download the games without buying it again). I'm asking because doesnt the PSN allow re-download of games that you buy from their store on the PS3 say for example if you get another PS3, I know there's a limit now like 2 games per system, does the vita have a feature like that?

Also any word on North American prices for said software? o.o

Vita will use the same PSN that PS3 and PSP have. I don't see why Sony wouldn't keep that around. At least if I buy something from the store and delete it for space, I better be able to download said game again.

Oh ok hmmm

So how would one say download the game on the Vita o.o, through the vita's wifi? What if your internet sucks ;x?

With my internet, it'll take hours to get a 4+ gb game ;x.

Looks like you either improve your download speeds, or there is always retail. I wonder if there will be an option to move the game over the one of the memory cards.

Anyway, there is also the pc and PS3 routes that Sony took for the PSP. Using them to download the games and then just transfering them over. Of course the PSP was really set up to download games, it came about after the system had been on the market a few years. I would think Sony improved the tech for the Vita. So they wouldn't have to use a PS3 or a PC.

Either ways, I need to get a job pronto *-*

For better internet speeds and for games xD!

Yes it is very important. Not just for games and internet speeds. You also need to get the system.

So damn true xD!

and the $50 games.

Thanks Noctis..so a Gundam Game for the Vita is it ....

so it begins. development from the psp to the psv will start to shift right about now and it will keep on going :) everything is slowly but surely is falling into place

also i saw some new info Persona 4 The Golden over at andriasang

"

Famitsu has a few details this week on what's new for the PlayStation Vita remake of Persona 4.

Here's some of what's mentioned in the magazine's long awaited followup look:

  • You'll be able to make your two battle allies do a simultaneous attack.
  • The game has new events, including a ski event and an inn event.
  • You can change your character clothing to things like maid clothing and fighter clothing. The clothes are shown during battle.

The magazine also details a new wireless feature called "Minna no Koe" (Everyone's Voice). Using this feature, you'll be able to see what actions other players took on a given day.

Famitsu still lists a general Spring time frame for Persona 4 The Golden."

I'm VERY happy to see all these psv versions are getting unique features for them...it should help make them stand out

@tridrakious: yeah we had a conversation about that a while back..too bad tho you could have preordered it for 40 at gamestop/bestbuy etc at the time and with preorder price gurantee you could have gotten it for that amount. But it's perfectly fine if you want to wait it out a bit, especially with so many games at launch for the device.

and some more info via siliconera

New details about Persona 4: The Golden come from Famitsu, which revealed a new event. The gang will go to a skiing and stay at lodge. During this event they’ll fight battles wearing winter clothing.

Yosuke and Chie may have new evolved Personas too. The magazine shows Yosuke with Takehaya Susano-o and Chie with Haraedo no Okami. Another change is the game has team attacks where you two characters can do different combinations.

Was Persona 4 too hard? Too easy? Persona 4: The Golden has four difficulty settings. One of them lets you retry a battle if you get a game over screen. The game also has two communication modes "Everyone’s voice" which lets you see what other players did during their days and "Rescue Request" calls other players for help.

I pre-ordered Golden Abyss back when Gamestop first started taking pre-orders. I was informed that the price was a place holder and would not be honored. Since my store "didn't have factual pricing to go off of".

I mentioned earlier that my friend managed to pre-order UC at his local best buy for 24.99, maybe a deal like that might come again soon :/?

Other than that, you might as well wait or get another game with a lower price tag.

Oh I'm still getting a Vita. I'm just pissed that Sony is experimenting with $50 handheld games.

I'll just pre-order another game.

I've got Ruin pre-ordered and paid off. That should tide me over. Might up my Memory Card pre-order to a 16 gb instead of the 8gb, since the prices went down.

Plus I have Mass Effect 3 in March. Got the N7 Collector's Edition. I will probably move my GA money over to Dragon's Crown.

Dragon's Crown looks good, thats one of the titles I'm planning to get!

I love Vanillaware *-*

Yeah, I've got Odin's Sphere and I hope that Dragon's Crown does better.
