I don't know if I'll pre-order, but I will DEFINITELY get one. Especially if its third party support surpasses those of Nintendo's N64, Cube, and Wii, respectively.

i'm not buying into any of nintendo's promises of grandeur anymore. if they actually release content a steady stream of content worth my time i may change my mind late in the generation but the wii left me feeling so gypped. far too many unfulfilled promises. for too much bad will.

I know I'll be getting one eventually, but $299 or less will guarantee it's a day one purchase. $399 will depend heavily on the launch line up.

In other words, don't pull a 3DS.

I think it's too early to ask such a question, most people need to know price and launch games.

Personally I like the premise of the console but as to pre-ordering... I will pre-order if there are launch games I really want to play, and if the price makes sense to me ($299 will be ok, $350 will make it a maybe, and $399 will quite probably make me wait).

Not I. Nothing about significantly overpriced 8 year old tech intrigues me. Nothing at all.
