Watched it a few minutes ago and I was so pleased with everything he said. It doesn't affect me much, since I don't play online, but some of my friends do.

Sony started the PSN outage terribly but they finished it perfectly. That was probably one of the best and most sincere communications from any of the big 3 console manufactures if it wasn't the best by default. If anything this goes a long way to restore confidence in the network and I suggest that anyone who has felt put out or angry or frustrated or who questions Sony's future commitment watch this video.

Thumbs up. I hope we can forget about this issue and I hope that all relevant lessons have been learnt by everybody who needed to pay attention.

It's about what you would expect he would say.  It's good enough for the regular consumer.  The geeks will get the details of what happened somewhere down the line.

Awesome video and like squilliam said they started off this PSN hack on the wrong foot by being all hush hush about it

but that video was informative and awesome.  Good job Sony, now I'm off to play some games!!!!!
