Sony started the PSN outage terribly but they finished it perfectly. That was probably one of the best and most sincere communications from any of the big 3 console manufactures if it wasn't the best by default. If anything this goes a long way to restore confidence in the network and I suggest that anyone who has felt put out or angry or frustrated or who questions Sony's future commitment watch this video.
Thumbs up. I hope we can forget about this issue and I hope that all relevant lessons have been learnt by everybody who needed to pay attention.
