My brain exploded, too.  Maybe Alan Wake was the first game he gave a 10/10 to and then the second game that earned a 10/10 was slightly better?

Both statistically 10/10, but Alan Wake was the first to be exactly 10/10.

My first is Halo Reach. My 2nd 10/10 game this gen.

Mass Effect 2 was awesome and gets a very close 9. ( I dont work in decimal points. )

Alan Wake really sucked me in. ME2 did, but Wake went that extra mile. Pure genius as far as I'm concerned.
