This and lots more special effects in Killzone 3. The advantage of developing for the PS3 exclusively (Cell processor, Blu-Ray storage capacity and default harddrive).

Killzone 3 makes most 3rd party efforts look like last-gen. Crytek are competent devs though and I look foward seeing more of the single player campaign. 



Naughty Dog: "At Naughty Dog, we're pretty sure we should be able to see leaps between games on the PS3 that are even bigger than they were on the PS2."

lol so much for crytek and their big mouths...seriously imho Crysis 2 looks so uninspired and boring :S now the one thing they were gloating over the competition on consoles, is not gonna be true either...love it

When will I be able to see the PC version or is that one not being shown because it will make the console versions look like Ps2 ports :p

Killzone 3 looking gorgeous, can't wait to see more than one multiplayer map of Crysis though before I'd write it off as bland.

The less you will compare PC and consoles, the better off you will be.

Poor Crysis 2... i didnt like that game... horrible beta...

Kz3 other hand... Amazing beta , awesome gameplay and gorgeous graphics... Crysis 2 gameplay sucks hard.

I think both games look great but all bias aside Killzone 3 looks way better to me. Theres more things going on with the graphics and shit. I'm glad digital foundary posted a video of them side by side because when you look at each game seperatley its hard to make a clear decision. The PS3 VS Xbox 360 Crysis 2 comparison will be very interesting to see.

Lens of Truth aren't even industry professionals analysing technological aspects of games, whereas Digital Foundry are so nobody should take them serioulsy.

Something tells me DF would agree with this analysis, it's really not too shocking. KZ3 is tailored to the strength of one console, Crysis 2 is not. 

Something tells me Digital Foundry and Beyond3D don't want anything to do with site.
